Objectives of IQAC:
Ensuring timely, efficient, and progressive performance of (A) Academic
(B) Administrative and (C) Financial tasks:
A. Academic aspects:
- To provide uniform course curriculum of the colleges affiliated to ASTU in the Science, Technology and Research
- To introduce course curriculum in the niche areas for entrepreneurial subjects for the purpose of employability
- To transform the University into a research University as per NEP 2020 mandate and subsequently transforms the University as a Multidirectional Education and Research University (MERU) in Science, Technology and applied Sciences
- Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning
- To transform the University on digitization by using digital platform like ASTU ERP, e-samarth etc.
- To introduce e-learnings and other academic platforms of the University.
- To get the eligibility to apply for external funding like RUSA, UGC assistance. The University Grants Commission in its 568th board meeting on 13th June, 2022 resolved to have NAAC accreditation for registering the University under section 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956
- To ensure the adequacy maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services
- To showcase creditability for self-financing and self-resilient funding system of the University.

MISSION
- To create, maintain, and provide the students of ASTU (in campus, affiliated college and the constituent college) a skilled and employable environment for the promotion of academic excellence, innovative endeavours and social commitment.
- To develop human, moral, cultural and ethical values through Indian Knowledge System (IKS) among students.
- To develop introduce academic curriculum at par with the national peer institutions.
- To develop multidisciplinary approaches to enable them for national and global competencies.
- To ensure effective pedagogy and efficient methods of evaluation on Course Outcome (CO) and Program Outcome (PO) basis.
